RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your date & time of receiving the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Otherwise, to return your order write an email to us at kalachar.online@gmail.com. Please mention the reason of return and other details are mentioned in the below FAQ’s
At Kalachar, we stand behind the quality of our products and we allow exchange/ return/ refund (for eligible product categories) if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
The exchange, return & refund policies mentioned below are applicable only on the Purchases made online through our official website (www.kalachar.com) and not applicable for products bought at offline stores or on any third-party platforms.
Any product kept in its original form of packing, tags, bills and condition will be entitled to be exchanged or returned if the customer deems so. (whatever the reason may be) All items must be exchanged or returned within 10 days of receipt of the product.
In case the delivered item(s) is found damaged/missing or has any manufacturing defect, please inform the same in e-mail through kalachar.online@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Exchange/ Return of item(s) is subject to the fulfilment of following conditions:
- The item(s) has not been worn, washed, altered or damaged and is returned in a saleable condition with Bar Code/QR Code and MRP Tags intact.
- Kalachar reserves the right to decide whether the item(s) seems worn, washed, altered or has post-purchase damage.
HOW TO INITIATE RETURN
Follow the below simple steps to return the product,
1) Initiate Return via our online store. The support team will review and authorize your request.
2) We will email you a personalized address label and return instructions.
3) Return your items to the address on the label
REFUNDS
Kalachar processes refunds within 5-10 business days of your return being received and inspected by our Team. Temporary Service Delay: Please note that current returns processing times are delayed due to volume and returns for refund may take an additional 5-10 business days to process. For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Transactions:
- As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of Payment.
- In the case of refunds, banks normally take 4-5 business days to process a refund once it has been successfully initiated from our end.
- Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.

Q: I received my order but would like to return. How can I do this?
A: Please e-mail us at kalachar.online@gmail.com alongside your order reference no# and reason for return. Please note that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return within 24hours of receiving your order. Please include the following information: Order number, Proof of purchase, Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable), Complete delivery address and Contact telephone number. Post receiving your return request, one of our team members will validate and confirm your return request and provide you with the address for return.
Please note the following for all returns:
- Products received as freebies will also not be exchanged.
- Clearance items & warehouse final sale items are non-returnable
- In original condition: Products must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing. Products will be accepted only if the tags are intact.
- We do not accept products for exchange or return which are worn or stained.
- Products kept for exchange or return should be packed properly so that they are not damaged in the reverse pick-up process.
- All refund will be processed after receiving the original product(s) back in our warehouse.
- Once we receive the product(s), we will examine and after the approval, we initiate the refund.
- It will take 5-7 working days to process any refund.
